Private tutor in Chicago, IL
I got my PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago with GPA of 4.7/5 in 2003. I obtained MS and BS in Metallurgical Engineering at Northeastern University in China. I received several training during my career, such as Flare School and Burner School, Lean Six Sigma and ScrumMaster.
I had been a teaching assistant in an undergraduate course of thermodynamics for four semesters and a graduate course of Computational Methods for Engineering for one semester. I enjoyed teaching a lot. After over ten years of experiences in both academia and industry, I would like to help students build good connections between classes and the real world. I am good at mathematics, numerical methods, programming, general engineering and physical chemistry. I am bilingual in English and Chinese.
