Private tutor in Chicago, IL
I'm an MSW student at Loyola University Chicago. I also hold a Masters of Education in Developmental Psychology and Education as well as a bachelor of arts (honors) in Sociology. Teaching and working with students has always been a part of my life. Being a student of martial arts and going on to teach in that same dojo allowed me to truly appreciate the hard work and discipline that it can take to reach your goals. Teaching in the classroom environment as well before coming to social work school really emphasized that even though learning takes hard work, it can be fun and interesting and something that we can can come to enjoy. This is something I hope to impart on all my students, whether they are in grade school or college age. I am available and ready to tutor and support any subjects from kindergarten to college age excluding math and physics.
- I worked as a tutor last year with college age students and really enjoyed being able to create individual plans towards student success. Additionally, I worked with grade school students and loved being able to support students of all ages.
