I earned my bachelor's degree in biology from Hiram College, a liberal arts school where I had interdisciplinary academic experiences. As an undergraduate, I was a TA for literature courses, and I also had the opportunity to tutor Spanish to students of all levels of ability. I believe that every student is unique, and they learn in their own ways. As a tutor, I identify the student's learning style and teach to that, and I also identify and build on the student's strengths. I believe everyone can learn given the right guidance and resources. I am looking forward to helping students reach their goals in Spanish and biology. In my free time, I like to read, write, and do crafts.
