I'm a tutor based in Chicago, Illinois focusing on teaching the German language. I am a graduate of the School of Social Work in Vienna, Austria, and am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Social Work at the Erikson Institute in Chicago. I believe that learning a new language gives us an entirely new view of the world, expanding your attitude towards what life is and can be. I think everyone is capable of learning a new language and achieving this enhanced view of the world. I'm most passionate about the German language, and have a strong desire to help students excel in their German language lessons. As a tutor, I believe in following a targeted approach when working with my students. I don't think that there is any one approach that works for every person. Therefore, I always try to incorporate materials that are relevant to the specific student I'm working with to help them engage with the material. I'm an experienced tutor and native German speaker, originally from Vienna, Austria, and have been working as a tutor for more than ten years. Outside of the classroom I love traveling and learning about new languages and cultures. I hope that I can use my German language skills to help you reach all of your educational goals.
