I am currently a senior at University of Illinois at Chicago. I am Pre-Med and majoring in Neuroscience with a 3.9 GPA. While being a full-time student, I also do research at Rush University Medical Center. As a research assistant my work focuses on finding the cure for Alzheimer's Disease. I am graduating in May 2016 and plan on going to medical school after that. I would like to concentrate in neurology and hopefully become a surgeon one day.
Experience
I have previous tutoring experience in the fields of math, psychology, English, and writing. My ACT score was a 25. My MCAT score was a 39. From personal experience, I know it can be difficult sometimes when learning new concepts. There's nothing to be ashamed of for asking for a little extra help. I am a patient tutor and will not give up until the person is satisfied and understands the concepts of what is being taught.

Hobbies
Aside from spending my time going to classes, studying for exams, and going to research, there are many hobbies I enjoy doing. I enjoy spending my free time painting and drawing. Since I was little I have been doing classical Indian dancing and playing the piano. I enjoy going shopping and spending time with my friends and family. I also walk dogs and dog-sit local dogs in my area during my free time.
