Experience

I received my B.A. in Anthropology from Northwestern University where I graduated cum laude with departmental honors. In addition to my studies in anthropology I took a variety of social science, environmental studies, religion, and history classes. I have a deep passion for learning and never want to stop. I would love to help students excel in all subjects and simultaneously share my love of learning with them. Since graduating, I have worked in social services and in community outreach and engagement. Most recently I worked on a campaign to encourage biking, walking, and public transit use in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago. I developed and led four months of free programming for the community including weekly bike rides, historic walking tours, and bike safety workshops. I loved working and engaging with people of all ages and backgrounds.
