I attended Saint Mary's College and recently graduated from law school. Looking back, I recall that English and Social studies were my best subjects. I struggled with Math and had to work extra hard to master the subject. My own experience helps me understand others who struggle to grasp difficult concepts. This gives me a different perspective when I tutor students. I have tutored students who are in elementary school, along with students in high school and college. I have a lot experience working with students of every age group and background. It is also obvious that I enjoy helping others.Along the way, I learned that each student has a different way of learning. The key to tutoring success is to find ways to keep students interested and engaged. It is also great if you can help build their confidence in the process. As your tutor, I feel confident that I can help improve your math skills. It takes hard work, but with the right system and support, you can make solid improvement. I have a lot of patience and you will not have to stress over being pushed too fast. My goal is to help and not hinder. I look forward to working with you.
