I graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and English/Creative Writing, as well as a minor in Museum Studies, from Beloit College in Beloit, WI. I spent 7/8 semesters on campus on the Dean's List (I was off-campus for one semester while studying abroad in New Zealand), and I graduated with Cum Laude status.
Experience
I have worked as a tutor in Introduction to Archaeology classes while on campus, and worked with elementary and middle school-aged children in various educational activities run by the college, mostly centered on history, anthropology, and science. I took AP courses in high school which included U.S. Government, Macroeconomics, and English Language and Literature. My overall ACT score was 31, with a perfect and near-perfect score in reading and writing-related subjects. Currently I am employed as a content editor/writer for History Lines.com, as well as a Curatorial Assistant for the Aurora Regional Fire Museum.
