Harvard College - , History of Art and Architecture

I graduated from Harvard College. My undergraduate work focused in the History of Art and Architecture. I greatly enjoy both Math and Design, and believe that comprehension of these subjects helps us to appreciate the world around us. I tutor students in a variety of Math courses, ranging from Elementary Math to Geometry, as well as preparation for the Math sections of the ACT and SAT. However, Geometry and Algebra are the subjects I most enjoy tutoring, due to the real-life applications of both. My typical process involves asking the student to describe what makes a problem confusing, working through an example with the student, and then observing the student as he or she attempts to tackle a problem of the same type independently. On my own time, I like to bake, hike, and play soccer.
