I love to work with students in a one-on-one setting, because I find this helps them gain a better understanding of the subject they are studying, as well as gives them more confidence. I like to employ different teaching methods based on the weaknesses and strengths of the student I am helping. I believe that organization and putting in a lot of hard work are key concepts to instill in my students.I offer tutoring in Algebra 1, Geometry, Elementary and Middle School Math, Spanish 1-2, ESL/ELL, Reading, Writing, Essay Editing, Phonics, Literature, Grammar and Mechanics, College Essays, American History, Arithmetic, AP Comparative Government and Politics, Pre-Algebra, Social Studies, Languages, and test prep for the GED and ACT Science, Reading, Math, English, and Writing. I attended Tufts University and Carnegie Mellon University. In my free time, I love to play tennis and go running. I also love to travel to different places and read.
