I attended Saint Xavier University and Kent State University. I am currently working in my third year as a licensed special education teacher in my state. Before this, I worked in behavioral health as a therapist. I have worked with students from ages three to nineteen. I started teaching after I saw how much I loved helping people learn new skills and seeing their improvements.My tutoring philosophy is that every student has the ability to learn. It is up to me to discover the method that they can learn the best from.While I do well in many subjects, I find that I do my best in phonics, literature, English, math, social studies, reading, and writing. I also excel in American and European history, grammar and mechanics, and ESL/ELL.In my spare time, I enjoy dancing, reading, and writing.
