She works with individuals to awaken an abundance of energy, focus and vitality through whole foods nutrition and mindful living. She believes in bio-individuality and therefore understands that each person has their own set of dietary requirements. Katy individualizes plans that include "baby step" changes in diet, lifestyle, and mindset while offering a broad spectrum of services including healthy recipes, meal plans, email support, grocery store tours and healthy living parties. Recently, Katy has combined her tutoring and nutritional services to help parents understand the importance of proper nutrition and the profound affects it has in the classroom.
