Currently I spend my time as a lead vocalist in one of Chicago's top event bands, Shout Out Band. I also perform regularly with my own original band, where I am an acting band leader, vocalist, songwriter, and producer. My interest in tutoring and teaching music came from my experiece at Columbia College. It was there that I had found a natural ability and passion for helping students in various aspects of artist development including live performance, and studio and background vocal techniques. Lastly, I need to mention that I come from a contemporary musical background, so if you're looking for a tutor or teacher to help you with classical technique or genre, I apologize, but I am most likely not the teacher for you.
