I received a BA in Cultural Studies from Columbia College Chicago. I am currently a graduate student of Library & Information Science at Dominican University.
Experience
As an undergrad, I have taken English Literature, Philosophy, Cultural Studies, and Creative Writing courses. Now, as a graduate student, I am versed in basic computer skills, literature and analysis, and public speaking, and reading comprehension. I currently work at the Oak Park Public Library in Oak Park, Illinois, and have received requests for one-on-one help. I am not available to tutor under my current position, and would like to help anyone in need outside of my role at the library. However, I did serve as a mentor for the Teen Entrepreneurship Academy at the Oak Park Public Library during the summer of 2016. I also have assisted in running themed events for young children.
