Experience
I am a graduate of Binghamton University. In 2014, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Art History with a concentration in architecture and I will be starting a Master of Architecture program this summer. During the freshman and sophomore years of my undergraduate program, I tutored K-8th grade students in math through an online platform. In high school, I worked one-on-one with a middle school student and helped him to develop better organizational skills and study habits. While my teaching experience ranges, I am most passionate about helping students with mathematics. The satisfaction of seeing the accomplished look on a child's face when he or she is able to grasp a concept with which he or she once struggled is truly amazing. I firmly believe that a tutor needs to match his students energy. Children are incredibly perceptive and if they see that their tutor is not giving their full-fledged effort, often, they will not either. In my free time, I enjoy reading, running, going to the gym, and ultimate Frisbee.
