Experience
I graduated from the University of Iowa with a major in Chinese Language and Literature and took a summer course at Beijing University. I lived in Taiwan for 8 years and taught English to students of all ages and studied Chinese in my free time. I also wrote articles for an English learning magazine in Taiwan. I'm now a Mandarin Chinese medical interpreter. I work at hospitals all around the Chicago area and help doctors and Chinese speaking patients communicate.

Hobbies
I love learning Chinese! I listen to Chinese radio programs, watch shows, and read articles and books in Chinese. I want to teach others what I've learned! I also spend a bit of time playing video games and have a Playstation 4. I like watching British Premier League Football. My favorite teams are Chelsea, Man U, and Liverpool. I just subscribed to Marvel Unlimited, so I've been reading e-comics lately. My favorite TV shows are Game of Thrones and Rick and Morty. For exercise, I like riding my bike around Chicago.
