Experience
I have studied Latin for overdecade now. I first realized my enthusiasm for the language and ancient history in my freshman year of high school. By the time I was a senior, it was my goal to become a Latin teacher. As an undergraduate, I was the president of the Classics Club, which I helped found at my school. Through this club I occasionally tutored students in the lower levels of Latin before midterms and finals. I recently completed my masters degree in Education at Loyola University and now work for a private high school teaching Latin 1 and 2. While working on my degree I worked for an organization called Right at School for two years. Much of my time with this organization was spent teaching after school classes on a variety of subjects and tutoring grade school students.

Hobbies
I have quite a few hobbies. I love to bake. I sew, knit, and make jewelry, particularly friendship bracelets which I sell online. I am a level two archery instructor and spend my summers as the assistant director at a Girl Scout camp. I also play bass and guitar.
