Florida State University - BS, Physics and Astrophysics , Western Michigan University - MS, Physics

I have been working as a tutor since 2009, in both a university setting and in the private sector, which has given me incredible experience and knowledge in working with students of diverse levels and educational backgrounds. I am able to work with students who are in the beginning stages of learning math up through college level courses. I received a master's degree in Physics, which happens to be one of my favorite subjects to tutor. I provide personalized lessons to my students in a variety of subjects. My research work in nuclear astrophysics has allowed me to travel across the world to many laboratories. Some of the notable countries I visited are Japan, the United Kingdom, and Canada. I am well educated and have in depth knowledge in Astronomy, Computer Science, Mathematics (Algebra, Trig, Basic Calc, Diff Eq, or Geometry), Music, and standardized test preparation. I performed well on the GRE and the SAT, so I feel comfortable working as a tutor for these tests. My strength in Computer Science is with C++ and Java.
