Experience
I hold a B.A. in French Language and Literature from the University of Jordan. During my 4th year attending the University of Jordan, I was recommended as an interpreter for the French Institute for the Near East. I then went off to work in Jordan as an interpreter. During my time there, I learned three languages and, since then, have had a love for teaching these languages to others who have an interest and willingness to learn. I have worked with students of varying ages, from 5 to 40. Currently, I work as an international advisor while I am attending school to study Computational Linguistics. When tutoring, I believe that the more fun my students have, the better. While it is important for students to grasp the information, it is also important to deter from boring and repetitive teaching styles. My ultimate goal is to have a students improve their abilities and watch as their school grades go up. I understand that each student has different needs and has different abilities. This is why I focus on the individual and his or her own current learning needs. I work closely with the student and his or her parents to determine a great pattern of learning for that particular student.
