In addition to my major course work in college, I have studied the German and Arabic languages, the ancient history of the Romans and Greeks, and the history of the modern age (~1500 - present) with an emphasis on the United States and Western Europe. SAT score above 1300. I have some experience as a tutor, mostly ESL for elementary school-aged children. I wish to become a tutor because I want to help others develop a love for learning. Acquisition of knowledge is important, and applying that knowledge to the real world is even more vital.
