Experience
I currently teach at a residential facility for refugees, so the majority of my classes and tutoring at the moment are in English and Spanish. Due to the wide variety with those in our care, I am responsible for testing and assessing individuals as they arrive, then placing them in the appropriate classes for their level of previous education. Once this is accomplished, the teachers will continue to pinpoint additional needs with students and these will then be addressed in tutoring sessions.
