I just graduated with a double major in International Studies and Spanish at the University of Missouri-Columbia. I have a 3.5 GPA and have made the Dean's list multiple times.
Experience
I have had extensive tutoring experience, especially in high school when it came to the ACT. Although I have not spent much time tutoring students on subjects during my time in University, I do spend a majority of time in the international community here on campus helping students of a diverse background practice their English. I have taken Psychology, Geography, Economics, English, Management, Algebra, Art, Theatre, Buddhism, etc. I have had more than 8 years of experience with the Spanish language and am now in the 6th level of spanish at the University. I view tutoring and helping students reach their goals as an extremely rewarding experience. I love to hold intellectual conversations and be able to open the eyes of students to a new concept. Helping others succeed is my passion!
