Nicole M.
Private tutor in Chicago, IL
Education
I am currently an undergraduate student at Columbia College Chicago pursuing a degree in Creative Writing. I have a cumulative 4.0 grade point average from Columbia as well as the College of Santa Fe, where I began my university career.
Experience
In high school I was in the National Honor Society, which placed me as a tutor with peers as well as middle school students. In addition, I have always enjoyed school and plan to teach once I am through with my own education. I am currently pursuing French and hope to teach English as a second language in a French-speaking nation. As far as subjects go, my strongest are Calculus and English. Especially English. I can be helpful with research, analytical, or argumentative papers in both the conceptual/research and editing processes. I also scored a 730 on the SAT writing section as well as 35 on the ACT English section, and can provide insight into how to construct an academic essay.
