I'm currently a junior at Columbia College Chicago.
Experience
I've studied Spanish for 12 years. I've immersed myself in the language; made it more about loving the culture and language rather than just memorization. The classes I've taken in high school were higher level courses which required an IB (International Baccalaureate ) exam following the course, which I passed. I've traveled to Spain recently (May 2012) to practice my Spanish. I'm open to working with kids of different ages, but I have experience with tutoring younger kids. When I was in Italy (January-May 2012) I had to create my own methods (without help from other teachers) on how to teach kindergarten kids how to read and write in English.
