ACT composite score of 25, distinguished writing portfolio, have taken an english or writing class every year I've been in school and always excel with essays and writing assignments, both opinion and research based. I want to be a tutor because I've noticed that even in college, students get frustrated with writing assignments and often times do poorly because they've over-thought the formalities of writing a college paper. Writing has come more naturally for me and I want to use my skill to help others without making them feel pressured. Writing should be therapeutic and honest, not nerve-racking or stressful.
