Private tutor in Chicago, IL

Education

Graduated Northwestern this law school in May with honors and as an associate editor of the Northwestern Law Review. I will be practicing law in September, but looking to tutor in the mean time. Before law school, I studied Chemical Engineering at Purdue University and worked for three years in consulting.

Experience

I have worked as private tutor for the past five years, mainly in teaching the LSAT, but I have also tutored high school juniors in the SAT as well as undergrads in engineering related courses. I have scored in the 99.9th percentile on both the SAT and LSAT. For the LSAT, I increased my score by 16 points from my first diagnostic to the actual LSAT. What I will bring you or your child is an unparalleled enthusiasm for instructing the LSAT. I am a firm believer that you cannot realize your full potential on the test without first learning how to enjoy both taking the test, and studying for it. I have a curriculum that I follow with most my students, however, I will always modify the lesson plans to fit a student's strengths and weaknesses.
