Experience
I'm a 2L at Columbia University. December 2010 LSAT score: 176, self-tutored from a cold score of about ~150 in about 3 months. I worked as a teaching assistant for two years at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. I taught introductory level history classes to mostly sophomores and juniors, with a focus on developing reading comprehension skills and logical reasoning skills. I also worked full time while preparing for the LSAT and applying to law school, so I can help with effective time management and application techniques. I can also give advice to people who may be a few years out of school and are full-time employees who want to go back to get their JD. I have a BA in history from UIUC and an MA in Social Science from the University of Chicago.
