School of the Art Institute of Chicago, MFA with an emphasis in Art Education, my college has a pass/fail grading system so I do not have a GPA (my high school GPA was a 3.8), I will graduate in 2015.
Experience
I was an assistant art teacher at the Visual Antics Summer Art Camp in Webster Groves, Missouri for the past three summers. I tutored elementary school students at the St. Louis Contemporary Art Museum. I received a composite score of 29 on my ACT. I graduated in the top 5% of my high school class. I would like to be a tutor to help high school students reach their goals and succeed in their studies. In high school I took Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Advanced Biology, Advanced Chemistry, Physics, Advanced Geography, Advanced United States History, Advanced World History, Philosophy, World Religions, and various english classes. In college I have taken two semesters of art history covering material from cave painting to current contemporary art. I have taken an english class on Posthumanism and the ever present role of artificial life in society today.
