Master of Science in Finance at DePaul University with 3.6 GPA in 2013. Master of Education in World Language Education program, Mandarin Chinese at DePaul University Chinese with 3.8 GPA in 2015. I hold the Illinois State Board of Education Professional Teaching License to teach Mandarin Chinese K-12. I am pretty good with Math and Chinese language and culture/literature.
Experience
I am originated from Chengdu, Sichuan China. I am a native Chinese speaker. My home town is famous for its gourmet food and big panda. I deeply love my country and it culture. Since 2011 , I came to Chicago to study my master's degree in Finance. I got the MSF degree in 2013 . Then I also found that I would like to teach Chinese and culture in USA. So I continued my study in Education, world language, Chinese. I have taught college beginning level Chinese at DePaul University for 1 year. I am also working as the Chinese tutor at DePaul foreign language department. Not only I had rich cross-cultural experience, but also I love teaching and making connection with my students. From January, 2106, I have been working as a Chinese teacher at Lincoln-way Community High School and Chicago Public School. I also worked as a Chinese teacher at New Trier High School during 2016-2017 year.
