Experience
I was a TA for 2 years at MIT in the differential equations course. I also tutored Calc 1&2 during that time. Now, at Uchicago, I'm an instructor in Calc 1, and during my second year here, I was assigned to the Honors Calc. course. I truly care about my students and how they progress, as I have a natural affinity for teaching. I'm prepared to go above and beyond for my students because, more than anything, I value their success and overall academic development. My course experience includes Stochastic Processes, Theoretical Probability, Algebraic Combinatorics, Abstract Algebra 1&2, Commutative & Non-commutative Algebra, Algebraic Topology, Arithmetic Number Theory, Graduate Complex Analysis, and many more! I've also done quite a few classes in computer science; namely Complexity, Advanced Algorithms, Theory of Computation etc. I have years of research experience, as well as experience in the industry. From these, I've developed many non-technical tools, namely effective communication and collaboration, which would assist greatly in becoming a better tutor.
