I am prepared to tutor at any age or skill level. My expertise lies across various different subjects. What I really like about being a tutor is to help students learn and share useful strategies, particularly in regards to standardized testing. Algebra, calculus, writing, literature, essay editing, psychology, social studies, and SAT prep are some of the topics I cover with my students. I am quite versatile in all of them. In the past, I have tutored seventh and eighth graders in basic algebra, and biostatistics plus the literature of author Vladimir Nabokov to undergraduates. I can work with anybody, at any age, at any skill level.A junior at the University of Chicago, I study Computational Neurosciences and Fundamentals: Literature & Philosophy. I have also done electrophysiological research at the neural science center at New York University, and am writing my B.A. on Ulysses, by James Joyce. These advanced pursuits in my education require strong subject, organization, and other skills which I can teach to students as young as middle school age and above.Living in Chicago, I enjoy riding my bike along the river. I also spend my free time playing the guitar and theater acting.
