I frequently conduct in-class quizzes and take home assignments so that students are strong in the area and become career ready. I structure the course work in manner that includes the most important concepts of the field and thought provoking exercises that makes a student get the feel of mastering the subject. I received positive feedback from all my students as I pushed the class average by more than 30 percent in their final exams. I also insist on pre-class preparation on topics that I will introduce students. This helps them grasp concepts faster.
