Private tutor in Chicago, IL
Education
Oberlin College - Bachelors, Mathematics
Experience
I have a bachelor's degree in math from Oberlin College, and I'm looking forward to studying media as a doctoral student in the future. I love to learn, and I'm looking forward to becoming a college professor in the future. I'm a very friendly person, but I am a persistent and dedicated tutor. I understand that learning new things can be difficult, but it can also be fun. There's no reward like the one students receive when they master a subject they struggled with, and I want to help students achieve that. I tutor students in algebra one and two algebra three - four, calculus one and two, pre-calculus, trigonometry, pre-algebra, geometry, quantitative reasoning, and other math courses. I can also help students prepare for the ACT, GRE, and other standardized exams. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, learning French, watching movies, reading literature, and studying philosophy.
