Experience
I attended Valparaiso University, which is where I received my Bachelor of Science degree. This is where I received my liberal arts education, with a foundation that focused on humanities and general sciences. My major was psychology and my minors were in art history and biology. I have just recently received my MFA, or Master of Fine Arts, from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where I studied drawing, photography, mixed media, and painting. I am currently studying for a certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.My students have hired me for a more personalized one-on-one educational experience, while others have worked together to form a group study session that I help with. I can help with the writing, editing, or simply proofreading of essays that are of college level. I have also helped many high school students in the same subjects. My goal is to help my tutoring students become creative and independent problem solvers.My vast knowledge of nutrition, bodybuilding exercises, anatomy, and exercise physiology has come in handy throughout the years. I make the most out of my free time by cooking, reading, bicycling, exercising, enjoying good coffee, and spending quality time with my friends and wife.
