I'm a fourth year Urban Elementary and Special Education major at the University of IL at Chicago. Last semester my GPA was a 4.0 and my cumulative GPA is a 3.4.
Experience
I have been a tutor in the after school program at Holy Family Ministries School in Homan Square for the past 2 years and have been babysitting, nannying and private tutoring for over 5. I have worked as a teacher's assistant for a nonprofit organization called Special Gifts Theater in their Early Childhood Program where I developed a love for working with special needs children. Also, for the past 3 years, I have been an aid to a young boy with special needs and severe allergies (who I met in the above program) as well as have babysat for his family and siblings.

Hobbies
I love working with kids! When I'm not working or studying, I like to spend time with my family and friends, see movies, cook, and try new food/restaurants. I also have a love of music, reading, and traveling (when time and funding allows!)
