Experience
Tutoring English as a foreign language in 2014-15 for high school students Teaching Assistant for the Beginning German, Brown University, Spring 2016 Tutoring Intermediate Russian, Summer 2017 SAT General 2010, SAT World History 770, SAT Literature 710 IELTS 8, TOEFL 123 I am excited about sharing knowledge and skills gained through my college experience and helping young students set high goals and achieve them, because I believe anything is possible when strong desire and effort are applied. Writing and thinking critically are the most valuable skills one can develop studying humanities, and it is through discussing and asking unexpected questions do I want to stimulate student's interest and abilities. Furthermore, tutoring languages is what I find extremely exciting, because apart from learning how to speak, one learns how to think and look at the world as a native speaker of this language. Knowing foreign languages expands our horizons and as a native speaker of Russian I want to bring this new different perspective to my students.

Hobbies
I have moved to Chicago for an administrative internship with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, which is the dream place to be for someone who loves classical music as much as I do. I am a big lover of opera as well, and I hope to continue my education in Germany doing opera dramaturgy. I love folk music from all over the world and am open to experiencing new cultures and traditions. Above all I value interesting people and conversations, because people around are an inexhaustible resource of knowledge and ideas worth listening.
