Education

I attended North Park University from 2008 to 2013. Graduated with a 3.27 GPA and had a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Concentration in Secondary Education. Licensure and Certification is still pending though. Expected completion date is March of 2018. I took many Math classes, ranging from Calculus to Statistical Research.

Experience

I am currently a Mathematics tutor. I've been tutoring for the last thirteen years, starting back when I was in high school. I work with anyone ranging from Kindergarten to adults. Some of the subjects I tutor includes Pre Algebra, both Algebra 1 and 2, Pre Calculus, and Trigonometry. I also help students prep for tests, such as ACT, SAT, ISEE, etc.

Hobbies

Some of the hobbies that I like are watching television. I watch mostly sports. I am a huge Bears and Bulls fan. I also enjoy walks, no matter what time of day or year that it is. I enjoy doing karaoke as well. My go to song is "It's my Life" by No Doubt. Even though I'm not that good at it, I enjoy doing it. Most importantly, I like tutoring. I like working with students reach their potential in a subject that was once confusing for them.
