After tutoring my peers in a variety of business courses at the University of Northern Iowa, I quickly found that I had a knack for these subjects, and I became very passionate toward education and helping others be successful. For 3-years, I served as the Economic Development Director in Ackley, Iowa; this is where I took the economics and marketing concepts I learned in college, and applied them to my career.
