Experience

I am a versatile tutor who is passionate about helping kids. I can tutor a multitude of subjects including algebra, calculus, geometry, elementary math, middle school math, trigonometry, physics, computer science, college algebra, electrical engineering, and more. I'm also available to help students prepare for standardized tests like the SAT and ACT. I received my degree in Electrical Engineering at Boston University. After completing my undergraduate studies I made the decision to further my education, and I went on to UCLA with a fellowship to continue my studies in engineering and I eventually received my master's. I served as a teaching assistant and teaching associate during my time studying at UCLA. In high school and college I taught young kids from low-income communities how to sail through Broadreach Family and Community Services. It was during my time as a sailing instructor that I developed my passion for teaching and helping kids. I am now driven to help provide students with the opportunities they need for success but might otherwise not get because of where they grow up. When I'm not tutoring I enjoy cooking good food, going for runs, and lifting weights. I live an active and healthy lifestyle and I'm interested in nutrition.
