Experience
I have over 10 years of experience working as a teacher and a tutor. I have tutored elementary school students, high school students, and college students. I have experience tutoring a variety of subjects, ranging from SAT/GRE prep to mathematics. I am a writer and have many pieces of my work featured in Foreign Policy Magazine and the Oxford Encyclopedia. I have experience working at the University of Washington, where I was a foreign language instructor. During my time at the University of Washington, I taught my own class of undergrad and grad students. While working as an instructor, I also remained motivated in working toward my master's degree. I also have experience working at Columbia University as a teacher's assistant. While working at Columbia, I was continuing on with my education and on the path to my PhD. I enjoy working with students of all ages and assisting them in a variety of subjects. I have a love for teaching, and I believe it is what I was put on this earth to do. I like to remain enthusiastic while teaching. However, I also love giving my students a bit of a challenge. This allows them to see what they are truly capable of.
