Experience
I've been tutoring and teaching mathematics and test prep for 15 years. I've taught math and test prep on two continents. I have two years classroom experience at the high school level, so I know exactly what high school teachers expect. I taught Algebra 1 and 2 in a classroom setting at Indiana University, and I worked as a teaching assistant at UIC - Pre-Calculus 1, Pre-Calculus 2, Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Introduction to Higher Mathematics, Abstract Algebra, and Advanced Euclidean Geometry. I wrote and published a book on Finite Mathematics. I offer discounted rates for small groups and buying hours in advance. If you buy a 5-hour package I discount my hourly rate by 5%, a 10-hour package gets you a 10% discount, and 15 or more hours gets a 15% discount.
