EducationI am currently a third-year law student at the DePaul University College of Law, from which I will receive a JD in May of 2015.
I took my BA from Baruch College in New York, NY where I majored in Corporate Communications and History. At Baruch I was also Captain of the varsity baseball team (NCAA Division III), and participated in a semester of for-credit intra-collegiate debate competitions.
ExperienceI am a law student, former NCAA varsity athlete, and skilled debater, with 4 years of professional work experience in the fields of marketing and public relations, and 2 years of experiential experience in the legal field. I have done work in the field of public policy analysis and have published several opinion pieces in various publications.
I have a keen interest in working with students who want to improve their debate skills, as well as their skills in the areas of logical reasoning, public speaking, persuasive writing, and reading comprehension. Teaching students how to engage with, dissect, analyze and apply information is at the center of my approach to subjects such as: History, Political Science and Philosophy (among others).
I scored in the 75th percentile on the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT), and received a substantial scholarship to attend DePaul University's College of Law where I am ranked in the top half of my class.
HobbiesAside from reading about legal theory, political philosophy and social policy, I am passionately enthusiastic about baseball, personal fitness, restaurants, and the sartorial arts.
